Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with an item you have purchased from us, or you have changed your mind about an online purchase, you may have the right to return the item and receive a refund in accordance with Irish consumer law.

Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Items

You are entitled to a refund if an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for its intended purpose.

If you notify us within 30 days of receiving your purchase, you may be entitled to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.

After 30 days, you may still have consumer rights where, for example:

  • The goods have a serious fault.
  • A repair or replacement does not resolve the problem.
  • We cannot or will not repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
  • A repair or replacement would cause significant inconvenience to you.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the item and its packaging where possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Online Purchases – Change of Mind

If you purchase an item from us online, by telephone or through another distance-selling method, you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can change your mind and request a refund.

The 14-day period generally begins when you receive the goods.

If you wish to cancel your purchase under the cooling-off period, please contact us within the applicable 14-day period. Returned goods should be sent back in a suitable condition and with reasonable care taken to prevent damage during return.

Please note that certain items are excluded from the cooling-off right, including personalised or made-to-order items and goods that are perishable. These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.

In-Store Purchases

If you purchase an item in person from our shop and subsequently change your mind, we offer exchange unless the item is faulty, not as described or otherwise covered by your statutory consumer rights.

Where we offer a voluntary return or exchange policy, any additional terms and conditions will be explained at the time of purchase.

Sale, Discounted & Ex-Display Items

Some items may be sold at a reduced price because they have a known fault, cosmetic imperfection or difference from their normal condition.

Where a specific fault or imperfection has been clearly explained to you before purchase, you cannot subsequently request a refund solely because of that same disclosed issue.

However, your consumer rights still apply if the item has a separate or undisclosed fault.

Items Not Delivered

If your order is not delivered, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter and resolve it with you.

How to Request a Refund or Return

To request a refund or discuss a return, please contact us with:

  • Your name and order details or proof of purchase
  • Details of the item concerned
  • The reason for the return or refund request
  • Photographs, where relevant, particularly if an item has arrived damaged or faulty

We will assess your request and advise you of the next steps.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law. Where your legal rights provide greater protection than the terms of this policy, your statutory rights will apply.
