We hope you enjoy your order. If, for any reason, you would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a full refund on your order/item within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in new condition, unused and unassembled, with tags still attached and in original packaging.

Please note that we do not provide free returns. You may return the item(s) yourself in-store to our customer service team and we'll happily process the return for you. Alternatively, we can arrange for the item(s) to be picked up by our courier directly from your address for a fee depending on the item.
Please note that all products returned must be returned in their original packaging, including the box and plastic protection.
Once we have received the item back within the timescale advised, we will inspect it to ensure that the item is not damaged and when we are happy that the product is re-sellable we will issue a full refund to the value of the product. We offer local delivery for our larger, heavier and more delicate items, using our own delivery service to ensure they are handled with care.
Smaller Items
Smaller items are delivered using An Post, with delivery generally taking 3–7 working days. Postage is €10 for orders under €75.00.
Larger & Fragile Items
Larger, heavier or more fragile items can be delivered locally using our own delivery service. This allows us to take extra care when transporting furniture and delicate pieces.
Furniture Delivery
Furniture can be delivered using our own service, depending on your location. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on the distance, as well as the size and weight of the item.
