The big advantage of this cantilever parasol is not having to have a pole between you and others at the table. Sit the frame to one side and the canopy gives you all the shade you want with nothing to obscure the view. When the sun moves simply rotate the canopy to follow it – easy! Opening and closing are also easy processes as they are achieved with a simple cranked handle. The parasol comes on its own X stand but the use of a weighted base is recommended, it is sold separately under code MVR-934.

Note: This parasol is designed for the sole purpose of a sunshade and should never be used in windy conditions as this will result in damage. It is not designed for rain protection. Parasols should not be left by a table when not in use and we recommend you store them in a clean and dry location.
Any damage to parasols which includes warps, bends or damage from strong winds or hazardous weather is not covered. We would always advise our customers not to use parasols in these conditions as well as make use of our recommended parasol base. The operating mechanism on the parasol is covered under a 1-year guarantee. Rathwood reserve the right to make a decision on the damage incurred after inspection to decipher whether this was a manufacturer issue or through misuse of the product.
We can deliver to anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Our aim is to get you your furniture as quickly and safely as possible. Therefore, we primarily use our own Rathwood Fleet and couriers who are efficient and are sure to handle your furniture with the utmost care. Depending on your location, a third-party delivery company may be used and the lead times might be increased slightly.Delivery Methods:
We offer 2 methods of carriage which are dependent on the type of items ordered. The costs and the lead times for each delivery option are outlined below:
1. Parcel Delivery
Standard Size FREE / Large Size €16.85
For our smaller items for orders between 50 euro and 250, we offer FREE Delivery; you can see the costs for these at the checkout stage of your order. Once the item is in stock, this takes 2-3 working days. We also work with An Post and UPS to provide this service.
2. Standard Delivery
Standard Size €39 / Large Size €59 / Extra Large Size €79
Our general lead time on all items is 7-10 working days, once the item is in stock. If you require furniture urgently or within a certain time frame, please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange a special delivery timeframe, if possible.
If for some reason we are unable to deliver within our general lead time of 7-14 working days, we shall contact you directly to advise. We make every effort to deliver goods within the timescale given to you (supplied in your customer portal link sent via email at the time of purchase). However, delays beyond our control can sometimes occur due to ongoing global logistical challenges.
Returns and Refunds
How Do I Return An Item I Have Received But No Longer Require?
We hope you enjoy your order from Rathwood. If, for any reason, you would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a full refund on your order/item within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in new condition, unused and unassembled, with tags still attached and in original packaging.
To begin the return process, simply send us an email at email@example.com or give our Customer Service team a call at 091 755 330, and tell us the nature of your concern.Please note that we do not provide free returns. You may return the item(s) yourself in-store to our customer service team and we'll happily process the return for you. Alternatively, we can arrange for the item(s) to be picked up by our courier directly from your address for a fee of €39.
Please note that all products returned must be returned in their original packaging, including the box and plastic protection.
Once we have received the item back within the timescale advised, we will inspect it to ensure that the item is not damaged and when we are happy that the product is re-sellable we will issue a full refund to the value of the product.
